  • Here’s what to expect after your purchase:

    • After placing your order online, we will contact you to confirm your reservation.

    • Steer will be processed at our butchering partner in the Spring 2025.

    • The butcher will be in contact with you directly to make your beef selections. Options vary from ground beef to stew meat to steaks and tenderloins. 

    • The weights of animals can vary greatly, so 210 lbs is an estimate. The price of $8.99 per pound won't change, but the final price will depend upon the weight.

    • Final payment will be collected before pickup.

  • We charge $8.99/lb ($7.99/lb for the meat plus $1/lb cut & wrap fee paid directly to the butcher), so the total cost will vary based on weight of the steer. Our average cows range from 420 lbs of total packaged meat.
