After placing your order online, we will contact you to confirm your reservation.
Steer will be processed at our butchering partner in the Spring 2025.
The butcher will be in contact with you directly to make your beef selections. Options vary from ground beef to stew meat to steaks and tenderloins.
The weights of animals can vary greatly, so 210 lbs is an estimate. The price of $8.99 per pound won't change, but the final price will depend upon the weight.
Final payment will be collected before pickup.

We charge $8.99/lb ($7.99/lb for the meat plus $1/lb cut & wrap fee paid directly to the butcher), so the total cost will vary based on weight of the steer. Our average cows range from 420 lbs of total packaged meat.
